I´m Tim, and I´m the lead consultant at Department 45. I have a passion for supporting developing and enabling people to reach their goals and potential.

I am Danish from Copenhagen, but have been living in Portugal for the last 14 years. I´ve spent most of my 25 years of leadership experience working in global corporations with people of wildly different cultures, backgrounds and roles, helping them to achieve their ambitions. It was always my passion to communicate and coach my colleages and employees in ways to strive for own potential and targets.

I had the idea of Department 45 after working with several close friends about their own businesses. I was able to bring my expreience and ideas to help them. I love working with passionate people who create and having the ability to enable them is something I´m very enthusiatic to do.

I´m looking forward to work with each of our clients and hope you´ll take the leap to join us in exploring what we can do for your business, situation or art. I´m keen to work with members of our community and support it in our way.
